Yikes! How time flies! We just got back from our mini vacation...to the North Pole! We took the girls up the the Polar Express ride up in Williams, AZ this weekend and had a blast! We drove up (almost 5 hours) and took the 8 pm train, (the girls were mostly awake), and everyone had fun. Rachel and Rebekah loved that they were served hot chocolate on the train, just like on the movie, and Alyssa loved her bell from Santa. We got back to the hotel about 10 or 10:30ish and Alyssa was still grinning ear to ear!
The next morning we drove to the Grand Canyon, because I have NEVER BEEN! Unfortunately it was very rainy, and the visibilty was, well, zero. I looked down and saw a bunch of clouds. We drove around the the other side, though, and got a little better of a view. At least now I can finally say I've been. :)
