Sundays

I just love Sundays! Our ward changed to the early morning schedule and it has been great to have the rest of the day to relax together as a family. The last couple of weeks we've tried something fun that the girls have really enjoyed. We find a story from the friend, and then we put it on as a play. I video tape them, and then later after dinner, we grab a treat and watch our very own production. So far we've done a play and also a puppet show, which was also lots of fun. In Isaiah the prophet talks about making the Sabbath day a delight, and I think this has really helped the little ones to delight.
We also had a great lesson in church this week from my favorite conference talk from the last General Conference, None Were With Him, by Elder Jeffrey R. Holland. Elder Holland's testimony was amazing. The church made a part of it into a youtube clip, and I love that you can go to lds.org and watch any conference talks anytime. Oh, and they added the music from conference! Yay!
