A few days ago as I was making dinner, Alyssa came up and asked if I was making cookies. I said, "no, I'm making dinner." "No dinner! Cookies!" she demanded, with this face. The frowny face. She has become an expert of the frowny face. Sometimes, it is a true reflection of how she feels (like when I dare to make dinner and not cookies) but she also does it just because she thinks it's funny. Jeremy will come home from work, pick her up, give her a hug and ask, "where's my smile?" And she'll give him her frowny face. Then she'll smile and laugh at her great joke.

My baby is growing too fast. I LOVE the newborn stage! I wish I could slow time down and enjoy him just a little longer... Andrew's first tooth has surfaced last night, he's rolling over back to tummy and tummy to back, and he's starting to push his legs under himself while on his tummy. However, to remain true to my optimistic self, I must say he's been a very happy teething baby. He loves to smile and laugh and play, and being able to roll all over has opened the door to exploration, which he seems to enjoy.

This last weekend was the girls' dance recital, and as usual was really sweet. Rachel and Bekah both were adorable trying to keep up, and Alyssa loved watching. I can easily see her lovin it when her turn comes around next year.

Wow, that picture of Alyssa looks exactly like how I remember Bekah! Your kids have grown up a lot!
Cute pictures! I can't believe Andrew is doing all that stuff. He is growing up fast!
That frowny face is too cute! hehe! And those babes do grow up way too fast. Allie is getting so close to a year! EEEKKK!
Loved the Andrew pics and your girl's pic. But my fave was at the end with Alyssa clapping and cheering on her sisters who were dancing their hearts out. That was a great night!
I love that frowny face. Your pictures are great and your kids are adorable.
